Meet the founder:
Iyobosa "Bo" Irabor

A former COO, Head of People and Culture, researcher, social entrepreneur and communications director, Bo is now a leadership and team coach whose work unlocks the transformative capacity of individuals and organizations.

Bo founded Insightfully in 2014, with a focus on women in STEM fields. During the first 16 months, she engaged in participatory research and built a unique coaching model that draws from the psychology of potential, acceptance and commitment coaching, resilience factors and systems thinking. Centering voice, culture, lived experience and identity, this model grew beyond STEM fields to stimulate universally applicable conversations around individual power, purpose and potential.
