case study
Shaina
Shaina's coaching path helped her clarify her purpose, motivation and joy and resourced her innate ability to change her work life. Hear how Insightfully helped her find more joy, more freedom, more creativity and successfully transition from social worker to Chief of Staff.
What our
members say
"I am more conscientious of the things that I find emotionally taxing and take precautions to limit their effect. I began to see myself less as a "lone wolf" and more of a team player and connector of people, and now I lean more into those attributes. My journey with Insightfully gave me a more complete picture of who I am at work. It facilitated my ability to prioritize the things I want to accomplish, and helped me see a clear path toward the impact I want to make at an organization and on a team."

How would you describe the training approach? We follow the C.E.P. model which stands for concepts, engagement, practice. Our training is hands-on with a focus on building competence in application. Practice is integrated through individual assignments and group work.
